About the author

Meet the Woman Behind the Resources

I'm Lauren Chartrand, MS, founder of Resilience Wellness Collective. My work sits at the intersection of whole-health functional wellness and everyday family life — years of supporting women and children through nutrition and lifestyle education, developmental movement and primitive reflex work, and strength and movement coaching have shaped the way I approach health education.

Much of that experience has been with women navigating gut, hormone, and energy concerns, and with children whose development, sensory needs, or regulation deserve to be understood as a whole rather than a single label. I believe that same curiosity serves every reader: understanding how the body works helps women and families make more informed decisions about their wellness.

My goal is to make complex health topics approachable, practical, and meaningful for everyday life — the kind of clarity you can actually use at your own kitchen table.
